Waimea South Historical society

Waimea South Historical Society’s aim is to learn about the people who have gone before us, their values, endeavors and achievements, particularly in the area of Waimea South (Richmond to Spooners Range), so that we may better understand and appreciate the present.

This involves listening to speakers, visiting places in the area of historical interest and participating in projects which help to remind people of their history.
