Fermentation 101 – we will learn about Kombucha, Sauerkraut, kimchi, and milk kefir.
I will show you how to avoid the mistakes that are often made; what to do about it so that each batch is successful and some tasty things you can add to your ferments to vary the flavour and nutrition. Also, most importantly, why they are so beneficial for us.
